Teaching
Meditation and self-inquiry, joined to full responsibility for one's own life. His book asks readers never to hand their authority over to a teacher and not to use spirituality to avoid any part of their life; awakening is to be lived in daily life, not only glimpsed. 1
Who it is for
For readers who want a short written guide to meditation and inquiry that also asks for honesty and responsibility in everyday life.
