Teaching

Yoga in the non-dual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism as an art of listening: postures, movement and free breathing are used to feel the body without a goal, so that tensions can resolve and the body is finally felt as the breath of being. He came to this through the teaching of Jean Klein. 1, 2, 5

It is a matter of tuning our instrument so that it vibrates in harmony with the deep currents of existence, the sensory openness that results expressing itself without limits.

  • When the intuition arises that there is nothing to accomplish, that there is no hope, nothing ahead, the present moment becomes its own rich meal. I do not need anything else, I do not need tomorrow, I do not need manifestation.

  • The more you notice how much you are made of conditioning, the more freedom you will feel. Whereas before, the more you wanted to be free, the more you felt conditioned. Feeling your conditioning opens you to the sensation of freedom.

  • Vision brings change. There isn’t vision and change: vision is change. When I integrate that, life becomes easy.

  • Sooner or later, I am mature enough to free this emotion from its cause, to no longer claim to be sad or happy because of this or that, but to savor my sadness, my rage, my fear, my joy without labeling it, without attributing it to anything. That is enough.
