Teaching

Neelam teaches self-enquiry and the direct experience of Presence, which she calls our true nature, in the line of her teacher H. W. L. Poonja (Papaji) and of Ramana Maharshi. She includes the nervous system and trauma in her teaching, and invites her students to meet whatever arises with acceptance and to rest in Presence. ^{1, 5}
