Life and places
- He was born in San Francisco in 1941 into a Catholic family. He later met Osho, who gave him the name Samarpan, as well as Gangaji and Papaji. 2
- For more than twenty years, first as Samarpan, he travelled through Germany, Austria and Switzerland to give satsang. 2, 6
- At about eighty he stopped travelling; since then satsang has taken place at Madhubhan, his home, and is streamed live. 6
