• The message of the Course is that you have only one problem, which is believing you're separate, and there is one solution to every apparent problem because they are all the same problem. You undo your identification with what you're not to know what you are.

• You are always perfectly peaceful. In behind the mess that is ego thoughts, beliefs and emotions is a "You" that is always present and that is utterly unshakeable.

• The only reality is the Ultimate Reality of God, non-duality, Oneness. That's all that is real.

• We have a split mind and so a wrong minded self (personality/ body) and a right minded self. Both are always present but dissociated. The "You" that is ALWAYS above the battleground with Jesus is outside of the dream of time and space.

• It is so important to understand that Jesus is teaching us that we are not what we have hitherto believed ourselves to be.

• …forgiveness is looking at something with no judgment of it. That's what forgiveness is. It's letting go of judgment. So forgiveness is looking at your ego without judging it. It's not beating yourself over the head with the Course. It's not feeling like a failure…

• So I literally would spend all day going, okay, that body, those thoughts, those feelings, that's the movie. That's the battleground. And my job is not how do I get rid of it, how do I fix it, how do I change it. I know that doesn't work.

• …you offer no resistance to how the past was and how the present is. None. And now you do what needs to be done from a place of zero resistance.

• And you will not believe the stillness, the peace, the relief that will come when you realize there is no you living in the world. You are the heaven in which all the images are arising and dissolving. But you're not a character in the dream.
