Laura Lucille

Teaching

Releasing as she learned it from Lester Levenson, joined with the non-duality she connects with Ramana Maharshi and Robert Adams: in guided meditations and dialogues she invites people to notice the wanting and the emotional charge behind a thought, to let it go, and to recognise what sees the thoughts. She also applies releasing to goals such as health, finances and relationships. ^{1, 5, 9, 10, 11}

In their own words

Short passages in the words of Laura Lucille, each with its source. Where the quoted text is not in the language of this page, a translation follows and says whose it is.

• If thinking wouldn't be there, what is actually there? If feelings wouldn't be there what is actually there?

• But the beauty is that when you know that you want freedom more than anything else, that's what inspires you to release. When you want peace more than agitation, that's what inspires you to release.

• So the moment there is an image that is unpleasant, you see, you don't want to do anything about it, you don't want to change it, you don't want to get rid of it, you don't want to analyze it, you don't want to maintain it.
